Aficionados of Incline Village real estate know that our market is pretty random week to week. However, when the sun is shining this year sales activity has been rather robust. In the past 7 days 9 more properties went into escrow along with 9 closed escrows and 10 new listings. There were only 4 price changes; 3 to the downside and one to the upside. When new listings outnumber price changes it’s a good sign this time of year.

He visited Monument Valley, Natural Bridges National Monument, Valley of the Gods, Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park.
