We had a very solid week for Incline Village real estate sales. 12 properties went into escrow and every price sector saw action. Properties going under contract ranged from $399,000 for a condo all the way up to $15,750,000 for a spectacular property on Vivian Lane.

Summer is here in full swing everywhere you look at Lake Tahoe. Pleasant temperatures during the day have everyone out hiking, biking, enjoying the beach or doing something on the water.
