While the cool morning temperatures bring a hint that autumn is in the air, sales roared along at a summertime pace. 14 properties went into escrow on the Incline Village MLS last week ranging in price from $385,000 up to $3,495,000. 13 pieces of Incline Village real estate closed escrow along with an equal number of new listings and 16 price changes.
