The calendar says we have passed the autumnal equinox. But Incline Village real estate sales remain at a hot summertime pace. We saw 13 properties going into escrow last week ranging in price from $325,000 all the way up to $11.5 million. The latter property is a group of 3 lakefront parcels in Crystal Bay.
