Incline Village Real Estate Update 11/17/19
It’s hard to believe that it’s November with the Incline Village real estate market moving along at a summertime pace. We are also experiencing unusually warm weather with daytime temperatures in the mid 60s. However, it has been getting very chilly at night with the mercury dropping down into the low 20s and even the high teens in some parts of Sierras. Without any snow on the ground it’s still a great time of year to go hiking and mountain biking all around Lake Tahoe.
The Incline Village real estate activity for the past week was very strong with nine properties going into escrow. All price ranges got in on the action with properties from $160,000 for a lot in lower Tyrolean Village all the way up to a luxury home at over $4.3 million getting accepted offers. Showing activity continues to be very good which bodes well for the upcoming winter season. New Listings Price Changes In Escrow Closed Escrow
We don’t want to sound like a broken record, but almost every new listing we have written about in the past two months has gone into escrow fairly quickly. Each week we do our best to try to spot the most attractive values among all of the Incline Village real estate that is for sale. We also want to remind our readers that there are a lot of private transactions in our community. So, if you don’t find anything that you like while searching on the Internet, there is a good possibility we can network with other agents to find you that special place.
Condo buyers looking for a nice lake view property will want to check out 400 Fairview Blvd. – #65 Bitterbrush. This is one of the more desirable floorplans in the complex featuring three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and nearly 1800 ft.² of living space. The extremely private and spacious master suite has its own floor and very nice views of Lake Tahoe. Enjoy beautiful natural light, vaulted ceilings in the great room and a location that puts you just a couple of minutes from the Diamond Peak Ski Area. Click Here to See a Virtual Tour
When getting a late start to ski season, this is one of our favorite times of year to do some hiking in the wilderness. If you like going to Yosemite but don’t want to fight the crowds we highly recommend making a trip to during the coming week. You can’t park overnight on Tioga Road after October 15. But you can enjoy some wonderful day hikes and have the high country all to yourself in most instances.
