Solid summer sales continue for the Incline Village real estate market. A whopping 14 properties went into escrow during the past week. Throw in 11 new listings, 13 price reductions and 11 places closing escrow to round out the action. It was another week with a broade range of activity as every market sector participated. Prices of the properties going under contract ranged from $129,000 for a piece of raw land in Tyrolean Village up to $11.9 million for a panoramic Lakeview home on Burgundy Road.
