Inside Incline for 4-30-18
It’s springtime at Lake Tahoe and that means slowly warmer days with rather chilly nights. Buyers of Incline Village real estate have taken advantage of the relatively nice weather. Last week we saw 11 properties go into escrow along with 8 places closing escrow. Throw in 7 new listings plus 8 price reductions and you have a pretty busy week for the Incline Village MLS.
All sectors of the market got in on the action last week with the properties going into escrow ranging from $315,000 up to $3,250,000. Condo sales remain strong as evidenced by the 2 properties in McCloud that closed escrow in the mid-500s. With only 41 condos currently listed for sale on the Incline Village real estate market, we anticipate that prices will continue to trend steadily upward. Low elevation condos have seen the greatest amount of activity and we see no reason for that to change.
