A massive storm dropped anywhere from 2 to 5 feet of snow on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. The Incline Village real estate market was not completely paralyzed but things did slow down for a few days. Even with such a significant interlude from Mother Nature, the Incline Village MLS still reports 6 properties going into escrow ranging in price from $279,900 up to $2,275,000. There were also 6 new listings, 2 price changes and 9 properties closing escrow.

Among the properties changing hands to a new owner, one of the most notable ones is 321 Ski Way – #4 Mountain Shadows. This is a slightly smaller than usual three-bedroom floor plan at 1280 ft.². However, it had been beautifully remodeled from top to bottom resulting in a final sale price of $415,000. Considering this property does not have a garage this helps to reinforce the continued uptrend in condo prices.

We’ve got a couple of new listings on the Incline Village real estate scene that catch our eye. #240 McCloud features a nice, sunny South facing location on the Incline Way side of the complex. Offered at $575,000 this is a two-bedroom, 2 bath, 1111 square-foot upper unit. This well maintained condo has a handful of upgrades including stainless steel kitchen appliances. We recommend that McCloud buyers check this place out promptly before someone else snatches it up.

If you are shopping at a lower price point then Sabrina’s new listing at 333 Ski Way – #280 Ski Way Ridge should be on your radar screen.
